Cancellations
~ If you need to cancel your appointment I respectfully ask you give at least 24 hours notice so i have the opportunity to accommodate other guests.
For Keratin and smoothing services I ask for 48 hours notice.

~ If 24 hours (or 48 hours for keratins) notice is not given, or cancellations made the same day will result in a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. If this happens more than once, a non-refundable deposit will be required to reschedule.
No call, No show
~ If a no call, no show occurs, this will incur a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. If it happens more than once, this will result in 100% of the missed appointment to be paid before rescheduling, and a non-refundable deposit required to make the next appointment.
Last Minute Service Changes
~ when an appointment is booked I have set aside specific time for the services scheduled. If you arrive and change your mind about the services scheduled, you will still be charged for the original services booked. If you fail to give a minimum of 24 hr notice of any desired changes, you will be charged for the original services scheduled.
Running Late?
~ I understand that life happens, and sometimes we all run late and things come up. I ask that if this occurs you call or text me to let me know, as I will do the same for you. All our time is valuable, and I ask you respect mine as I respect yours.

~ If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I will try my best to accommodate the entire service scheduled, but please know it may be shortened so I will not be behind for my other guests. In this case you will still be charged the entire amount of the services scheduled.

~ If you are running 30+ minutes late, we will have to reschedule and this will result in a fee of 50% of the services scheduled.
Returns & Redo's
~ I am happy to exchange or reimburse for product that is like new within 14 days of the time of purchase.
~ I do not refund for services given. If you are not satisfied with your hair please let me know within 14 days after your appointment so I can do my best to remedy your concerns. I want you to love your do so please give me the opportunity to make it right for you!
Children
~ I adore all our little ones, but I ask that you please not bring them unless they are getting a service. There are very hot and sharp tools around, along with chemicals that can be harmful. I want you to be able to relax during your time with me, and trust me, the little ones would prefer to not sit there for some time waiting on us :)
